Refund policy

Because all of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you when you place an order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items where the customer simply changes their mind or ordered the wrong size/color. We only offer free replacements or refunds for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, a claim must be made within 10 days of receiving the item. Please submit a message via the Contact form on the website.

What happens if you ordered the wrong size?

We know buying clothes for kids online can be tricky! If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot accept a return, but we would be happy to offer you a 50% discount code to purchase the correct size. We ask that you donate the original, mis-sized item to a local charity or friend.
